Customer Service Representative (FBO) Join Duncan Aviation as a Customer Service Representative. This role serves as the primary liaison during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional service to customers, vendors, and team members while supporting day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, customers, vendors, and staff, projecting a professional image and building long‑term relationships.

Coordinate itineraries and travel accommodations (hotels, rental cars, catering, etc.) and promote FBO services and fuel supplier programs.

Operate ground support vehicles to refuel, tow, and perform wing‑walks on maintenance, transient, and airline aircraft, following approved procedures.

Prepare invoices, collect payments, reconcile fuel inventory, and manage administrative tasks such as filing, mailings, and database updates.

Balance cash drawer, handle expense reports, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

Operate the company switchboard, route radio and UNICOM traffic, and announce arrivals via the paging system.

Monitor and respond to security systems, fire alarms, access controls, and vehicle entries.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Specific Requirements

Licenses/Certificates: Man‑lift, forklift, tow qualified, NATA Safety 1, and eligibility for Airline Fueling Certification; required FAA/TSA certifications, TSA security clearance, valid driver’s license with clean record, respirator fit.

Attendance: Regular scheduled presence required.

Physical: Ability to read small print, perform repetitive motions, lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights above four feet, and tolerate standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and sitting; proficient typing and data entry skills.

Environmental: Tolerate extreme temperatures and noisy environments.

Education and Experience

High school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum one year of customer service experience with direct customer contact and multi‑line phone handling.

Proficiency with general computer use and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
