Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance daily, responding to resident requests through the work order program; repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
Conduct daily light‑bulb walk‑around inspections, ensuring all public‑area bulbs are operational.
Handle daily maintenance for building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain organization of all storage and equipment areas.
Perform daily and assigned painting projects in all common and office areas.
Qualifications
Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred; familiarity with minor repair techniques for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and HVAC systems required.
Experience in building safety and hazard reduction helpful.
