This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about telecommunications and committed to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries and technical support needs while ensuring a seamless and friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding telecom products, services, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
Provide detailed information about plans, pricing, and technical troubleshooting.
Assist customers with billing inquiries, account changes, and service-related questions.
Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve any product or service issues.
Stay informed about the latest telecom advancements and company offerings to enhance customer interactions.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
