Service to Sales Assistant – Fairway Automotive Group
Fairway Subaru is seeking a driven, customer-focused Service‑to‑Sales Assistant to support our Customer Loyalty Manager and help identify sales opportunities within our service department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is looking for a growth path into a full dealership sales role. We will train the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
Engage with current and previous Subaru owners by phone, text, and in‑person to identify potential upgrade opportunities.
Work the service drive daily—greet customers, identify appraisal opportunities, and ensure every guest is acknowledged.
Ask qualifying questions and gather key information (vehicle details, goals, timing, payments, down payment, equity position, etc.).
Schedule strong, qualified appointments for the Loyalty Manager and sales team to close.
Assist with vehicle appraisals, test drives, and guest follow‑up as needed.
Maintain accurate notes, communication history, and lead status updates within the CRM.
Support dealership sales and service initiatives to increase customer loyalty, retention, and repeat business.
Coordinate with the service advisors and sales team to provide smooth handoffs and a seamless customer experience.
Track daily activities and meet performance goals related to engagement, appointments, and sales opportunities.
Participate in ongoing training to develop product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.

Prior dealership, service drive, BDC, service advisor, or sales experience is a plus—but not required. We will train the right person.
Willingness to learn Subaru products, dealership processes, and basic appraisal methods.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
