Full-time consistent scheduling
Pay begins at $30/hour
Monday through Friday, with possible alternating Saturdays on call in case of business needs.

Build Relationships: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, whether they walk through the door or call on the phone. You'll use your expert knowledge to understand their unique needs and guide them to the right products.
Drive Growth: This isn't just about taking orders. You'll actively engage in inside sales, helping customers assess their needs, providing quotes, and using your problem-solving skills to find the perfect solution.
Ensure a Smooth Operation: You'll be the one who keeps the store running smoothly. From organizing merchandise on the shelves to processing sales in our system, your attention to detail will ensure every customer experience is efficient and positive.
Be a Reliable Backup: Your Class B CDL is key to this role. When a regular driver is out, you'll step in to safely and reliably deliver essential gases and welding products to our clients. You'll be a critical part of our delivery network.

Are you a MATCH? What You'll Bring:
Experience: At least one full year of Class A or B CDL driving experience that is verifiable under DOT requirements in the past 5 years. Or a recent graduate from an accredited driving school. Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive attitude are a plus.
Endorsements: Class A or B CDL with a Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain your Hazmat upon contingency of offer.
Clean Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is essential and you must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Capability: This role requires a high degree of physical capability and stamina to safely handle and deliver our products with routine lifting 25-75 lbs and up to 125+ lbs with the aid of material handling equipment. You will frequently bend, walk, stand and drive for up to 8 hours a day of hazardous cargo.
Sales Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with sales platforms or the ability to quickly learn new systems like SAP or any other CRM. Basic knowledge in computer order entry system is preferred.
