Responsibilities
Our sales pros earn top wages, recognition, and opportunities for annual awards trips.
Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in‑depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer’s needs.
Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads using a robust advertising budget.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
Make recommendations based on inspection, address any questions, and set expectations.
Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
We consider all qualified applicants consistent with federal, state, and local laws.
Work Environment
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer-weight capacity.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, and other environments; ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
Willing to work in various weather conditions.
