Responsibilities As a Home Services Inspector, you will understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers. By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces, you will solve problems, build trusted relationships and protect homes and families.

Serve as a problem‑solving partner, using in‑depth training to choose the best pest solution for each customer.
Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads provided by a robust advertising budget.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers at their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
Inspect the interior and exterior of each customer’s home.
Make recommendations based on inspection findings, address questions, and set expectations.
Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad.

Qualifications No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.

Physical Requirements
Use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) with an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
Work in varied weather conditions.
