The
Sales Support Specialist
plays a critical role in enabling the sales team to achieve revenue goals by providing administrative, operational, and customer support. This position ensures smooth execution of sales processes, accurate documentation, and timely communication between internal teams and clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and update time sensitive, sales related reports for management.
Process leads from inbound calls to the Sales phone line.
Perform outbound sales functions (cold emails, prospecting, etc.).
Perform various CRM related duties including the vetting of inbound leads submitted via the PlaneSense website, implementing process improvements and maintaining accurate data.
Schedule, coordinate and track flight and static demos in conjunction with the Flight Operations Center on behalf of the Sales team.
Manage and support client renewal and rollover processes, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and collaboration across teams.
Prepare flight estimates and evaluate flight routes, including researching airports, investigating unique flight scenarios, and leveraging knowledge of company’s flight operations to provide timely, accurate solutions for the Sales Team.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., SalesForce, HubSpot) preferred.
1+ year in sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
