You will assist the Executive Chef in leading a talented kitchen team, maintaining high operational and financial standards, and ensuring meticulous inventory and supply management. The Day-to-day

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including managing fiscal budgets, scheduling, inventory control, and executing menu strategies to achieve profitability goals.

Ensure adherence to restaurant policies, training programs, and health and sanitation standards while fostering compliance and completion of necessary staff training.

Assist the Executive Chef in creating a positive work environment through effective hiring, training, performance feedback, and promoting teamwork and employee satisfaction.

Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, address any complaints promptly, and ensure seamless collaboration between kitchen and service teams.

The Ideal Candidate

Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Previous experience working in a high‑volume restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred.

Basic knowledge of food and health safety codes is required.

Previous experience managing employees in a union environment is preferred.
