Assistant Golf Coach

Allen Academy is home to a growing and competitive athletic program that emphasizes character, teamwork, and excellence both on and off the court. Our coaches play a vital role in supporting student‑athletes as they develop skills, build confidence, and represent Ram Nation with pride.

Responsibilities include:

Helping to plan and lead practices for middle school and high school Golf teams

Coaching and mentoring student‑athletes during matches and tournaments

Teaching fundamentals, strategy, sportsmanship, and teamwork

Collaborating with the athletic department to schedule practices and competitions

Communicating effectively with athletes, families, and school staff

Qualifications:

Prior coaching or playing experience in tennis preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Commitment to promoting positive character development and academic success

Ability to support athletes of varying skill levels

Compensation:

This is a paid coaching position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
