Position: Sous Chef
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Sous Chef
to support our Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for high-quality food, consistency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef with menu execution and kitchen management
Supervise and train kitchen staff during service and prep
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Help manage inventory, ordering, and waste control
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook
Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
Ability to lead and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
