Job Highlights We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Dining Room Supervisor. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating dining room operations. This includes ensuring adequate staff coverage, assisting with special requests and directing effective food service. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.
Responsibilities
Directly supervising all dining staff, including table and section assignments
Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where needed
Training dining staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service
Ensuring proper set‑up, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas
Relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals

Resident tour (move‑in)
Requirements
Required: one year prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field
Required: high school diploma or GED
Preferred: prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff
Legend Senior Living is a drug‑free workplace and drug screening will be conducted at the company’s discretion. This position may require the associate to work evenings and weekends as needed. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
