Licensed Life & Health Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Monday through Friday schedule
Responsibilities
Handle 40–50+ inbound calls daily from policyholders and prospective customers
Assist with billing inquiries, claims questions, policy changes, and coverage explanations
Use consultative sales techniques to recommend appropriate insurance products
Meet or exceed performance goals related to quality, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
Provide a professional and positive customer experience
Qualifications
Active Life & Health Insurance License
At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or sales experience
Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
Must pass a federal background check
Schedule
Training Start Date: February 2026
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Regular Work Hours: Weekdays between 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM ET
