You’ll support the Chef, guide the kitchen staff, and oversee daily operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Latin Cuisine Experience Required.
Salary:
$90,000 – $100,000
Your Role
Prepare and present meals to meet guest or banquet event order specifications.
Accurately measure and portion ingredients for consistency.
Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to standards, procedures, and sanitation practices.
Utilize and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and steamers.
Manage inventory, ensuring that supplies are fresh and of high quality.
Monitor food temperatures during cooking and ensure proper storage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and kitchen.
Oversee kitchen opening and closing tasks and support the Executive Chef as needed.
Prepare food for employee cafeteria or work banquet stations as scheduled.
Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Prior cook experience in a hotel or restaurant required.
Latin cuisine cooking experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Unexpired Food Handlers Certification.
Flexible availability.
