Base pay range As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Provide product information and support to customers.

Ideal Profile

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in customer service or related field.

Technical skills: CRM software, Microsoft Office.

Soft skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Empathy.
