Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.
Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and certificates of insurance.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Support licensed agents with administrative and service-related tasks.
Follow agency workflows and compliance standards.
Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organization.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Ability to learn insurance products and agency systems.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Insurance experience or licensing is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Spanish speaking preferred.
