We are seeking a
Quality Documentation Specialist
on a temp-to-perm basis to support our client's Quality and Engineering teams by creating, organizing, and maintaining essential documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data and technical information in a fast-paced environment.
Role Details: 6-12 month contract role with the potential for conversion. Pay rate of 28-30/hr Shift: 7 AM-3 PM or 8 AM-4 PM
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain quality-related documents and records
Enter and format data using existing templates
Assist in organizing part numbers, submittals, and other documentation
Work closely with Quality and Engineering teams to locate and understand required information
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all documentation
Follow established processes and support continuous improvement of document workflows
Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes
