ServiceNow - Strategic Portfolio Mgmt (SPM) Senior - Tech Cons - Open Location Join EY as a ServiceNow Senior Consultant focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This role is client‑visible, leading ServiceNow transformation teams and nurturing client relationships.

Location: Anywhere in Country

Key Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.

Analyze technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Engage with clients and internal teams to deliver projects successfully.

Travel to meet clients as needed.

Skills & Attributes

Workstream lead across all phases of SPM projects (design, configuration/development, testing, deployment).

Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore.

Provide industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow SPM process implementations.

Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities; provide road‑map recommendations.

Lead client process and design sessions; facilitate requirements workshops.

Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models.

Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

2–4 years of ServiceNow SPM project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.

3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Experience leading and supervising teams.

Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel.

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.

Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Performance analytics and reporting experience.
