About the Role FMG is seeking an Executive Assistant to support C‑level executives and manage diverse responsibilities. The role reports to the VP of People and directly supports all C‑team members.
Compensation: $60,000‑$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Primary Responsibilities & Expectations
C‑team support: Calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, executive communications, confidentiality, ad‑hoc requests.
Event planning: Organize executive off‑sites, C‑team meetings, board dinners, and ad‑hoc executive meetings.
Office liaison: Primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, the Board, and external partners.
Additional support: Company‑wide event coordination, employee recognition, travel platform SME.
Work schedule and technical requirements: Accessible during assigned hours, 5 Mbps down/3 Mbps up internet, secure workspace.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years supporting C‑level executives.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
Discretion & confidentiality, proactivity, exceptional organization, time management, excellent communication, problem‑solving, adaptability.
