We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Partner Events Specialist

to support our Channel Marketing team. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and promote a wide range of partner‑focused events that drive engagement, enablement, and pipeline growth across our channel ecosystem.

This is an ideal opportunity for an events professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys managing details, and brings a strong understanding of channel marketing and technology‑driven events.

This is a

part‑time , remote role open to candidates based on the East Coast of the U.S. or Canada.

What you will be doing:

Provide end‑to‑end event management and logistical support for partner and channel‑focused events, including, but not limited to: Industry and regional events, Partner Sales Kickoffs (SKOs), Partner Lunch & Learns, Trade shows, etc.

Support event marketing efforts including email campaigns, nurture flows and promotions.

Coordinate with marketing teams on messaging, branding, and materials.

Assist with audience engagement strategies before, during, and after events.

Manager event logistics such as venue selection, catering, AV shipping, contract negotiation, collateral & giveaways, vendor coordination.

Manage event calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.

Inventory management tracking, ordering, storage, and fulfillment of signage, collateral and swag.

Assist with vendor contracts, purchase orders management, and budget tracking.

Manage post‑event follow‑up, reporting, and attendee feedback.

Track KPIs and support event performance analysis.

What you bring:

5–7 years of event management experience, with a portion focused on channel or partner marketing in the tech industry.

Strong background in event logistics, promotion, and execution.

Hands‑on experience with email marketing campaigns and nurture programs to drive event attendance.

Experience managing vendor contracts, POs, and event budgets.

Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Highly organized, proactive, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across Channel, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams.

Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Jira, Coupa.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
