As a Channel Sales Manager, you will support and grow our network of robotic system integrator partners, driving revenue, partner success, and technology adoption across Nevada and Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
Face‑to‑face selling to new channel partners / distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to existing partners.
Serve as subject‑matter expert on robotic palletizing / depalletizing and intelligent automation solutions.
Help partners identify new applications and expansion opportunities at customer sites.
Collaborate with the Director of Channel Sales to qualify, assign, and advance channel‑driven opportunities.
Maintain and grow relationships with organizations distributing products, services, or solutions.
Develop and deliver product demonstrations, sales bids, and presentations to channel partners; also train partner sales personnel.
Manage relationships with channel partners; compensation tied to sales target achievement.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of sales / sales‑management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Experience selling through channel partners strongly preferred.
A passion for cutting‑edge technology.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Desired experience in industrial automation – robotics, material handling, sensors, machine vision, etc.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Willingness to work extended hours as required.
Warehousing and industrial work environment.
