Position Overview Outside direct sales dedicated to your own territory. You’ll receive comprehensive training and will meet face‑to‑face with small and medium‑sized businesses across different sectors, presenting industry‑leading supplemental insurance products and services.
Core Responsibilities
Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage client relationships.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects and existing clients.
Attend scheduled calls with your sales manager and team.
Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referral leads and re‑service existing clients.
Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit weekly plan.
Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
Additional Qualifications
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post‑high school experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion will be considered.
