Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and analyze financial and tax-related documents
Research and interpret tax laws to ensure accurate application and compliance
Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide basic tax planning recommendations
Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and filing deadlines
Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and explain tax results
Prepare and file extensions, amended returns, and estimated tax payments
