Position Overview As a

High Call Volume Lead Generation Specialist , you’ll be at the forefront of our lead generation efforts, managing 300-400 calls daily to identify qualified leads. Success in this role requires precision, persistence, and a competitive spirit. This is not customer service—this is a results-driven role for individuals who excel in meeting metrics and want to be rewarded for their performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 300-400 inbound/outbound calls daily, ensuring efficient and accurate data verification.

Perform thorough qualification assessments to identify high-quality leads.

Accurately update and maintain CRM records with attention to detail.

Navigate changing campaigns and procedures while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.

Compensation and Bonuses Base Pay:

$13/hr

Attendance Bonus:

Earn an extra $2/hr by working 38 out of 40 scheduled hours.

Performance Bonus:

Get rewarded for your hustle:

Start earning a $2/hr bonus once you hit 7,000 points weekly.

Earn an additional $1/hr for every 1,300 points beyond the threshold.

No cap on bonuses—your effort determines your paycheck.

Leaderboard Bonus

Hold any of our nine performance records, and you’ll earn an additional $0.50/hr per record weekly towards your attendance bonus.

Schedule and Benefits

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Experience: At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume call environment focused on data accuracy and performance.

Tech-savvy: Proficiency with computers and CRMs.

Focused workspace: Quiet environment with the required equipment:

USB headset; Computer with Windows 10 or higher; Intel i5 equivalent or better processor, 8GB RAM, 250GB hard drive; Hard-wired internet (minimum 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload); Webcam for meetings.

Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Tennessee .
