Make outbound calls and send emails to engage potential new member attorneys
Speak with attorneys nationwide to understand their needs
Schedule qualified appointments and conduct online product demonstrations
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
Work toward—and exceed—monthly performance goals
Develop confidence, communication skills, and business acumen

Highly motivated and goal-oriented

Comfortable communicating by phone and email
Coachable—open to feedback and eager to apply it
Self-disciplined, reliable, and accountable for results
Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus—but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
Average first‑year earnings: $50,000 – $90,000 (Top performers regularly earn six figures)
Guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped bonuses
Monthly revenue bonuses
Clear advancement opportunities and internal promotions
$1,500 Retention Bonus (Close your first five deals and earn an additional $1,500)
