How You'll Make an Impact Location:

Scottsdale, AZ (in office)

Role Overview:

This position supports a Senior Underwriter/Broker in servicing and managing accounts while developing underwriting expertise. You’ll underwrite, service, and manage assigned accounts with clear production and service goals.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in operational management and account servicing

Underwrite property and casualty insurance applications within established guidelines

Evaluate risks based on property value, location, usage, safety features, and other key factors

Decide whether to accept, modify, or decline risks

Collaborate frequently with field teams to gather information and support underwriting decisions

This role offers hands‑on experience and measurable goals to help you grow in underwriting and brokerage.

About You Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Recent military experience

Key Behaviors:

Ability to handle broad assignments requiring creativity, originality, and problem‑solving

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
