Driver / Shipping & Receiving
Location: Ham Lake, MN (split between Ham Lake & Blaine as needed) Shift: 1st Shift Monday Thursday: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Friday: Overtime as required Position Summary: This role supports daily manufacturing operations by safely transporting materials between company facilities and vendors while assisting with shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory functions. The Driver spends a significant portion of time transferring parts between locations and supporting warehouse operations. On-the-job training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Primary Responsibilities: Safely operate a company vehicle (-ton Sprinter van) Transport materials between Ham Lake and Blaine facilities and to vendors Load and unload materials using a forklift Verify product quality, labeling, and packaging accuracy Package products into appropriate boxes or totes for shipment Use RF Plus to put away and track inventory Process UPS and FedEx shipments Support general shipping and receiving duties as needed
