Metal Shop Foreman

Responsibilities:

Schedule coordination with Shop Supervisor

Cleanliness of Shop

Supplies

Notify Shop Supervisor to order

Shop tools and maintenance notify Shop Supervisor

Enforce company safety policies

Maintain high quality and productivity

Assist Shop Supervisor with training of Shop employees

Assist other areas when needed according to work load

Qualifications:

High School education or equivalent

Minimum five (5) years duct fabrication

In-depth knowledge of duct fabrication and installation systems

HVAC and related supporting utilities

Ability to work without supervision

Ability to effectively manage and motivate employees

Physical Demands:

Physical activities of standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders. Walking and lifting of weights of 20

pounds or more are required in daily performance of job

Use of upper extremities required for forward and

overhead reaching, pushing, pulling and material handling.

Use of torso and lower extremities required for

kneeling, crawling, stooping, twisting and squatting
