This role will partner closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, lead staff development, and ensure an exceptional guest dining experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong culinary expertise and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, quality-driven environment. Executive Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills: Experience with seafood or coastal cuisine Execution in PDRs and Events Proven success building positive kitchen culture Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service A proven track record of collaboration with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
