11:30 PM Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr DOE Allegiance Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Team Lead for a well-established manufacturing facility in New Holland, PA. This role is perfect for a skilled maintenance professional ready to step into leadership, combining technical expertise with team management to keep operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians on 2nd shift Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and equipment documentation Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively across shifts and departments Qualifications
Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred) 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs and mechanical systems Knowledge of fluid mechanics, ammonia refrigeration, and sanitary design a plus Familiarity with inventory control and maintenance software Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred Why Apply?
