This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by managing warranty claims, providing accurate and timely support, and upholding the company's standards for quality and integrity. Essential Job Duties Process and review warranty claims in accordance with company policies and warranty terms. Communicate with customers to gather necessary information, diagnose issues, and explain next steps in the warranty process. Collaborate with scheduling, sales, and technical support teams to coordinate warranty service appointments and parts replacements. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all warranty cases in the company's systems. Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends to management for review. Support technicians and installers with warranty-related information and documentation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on completed warranty work and confirming successful outcomes. Assist in updating internal resources and knowledge bases related to warranty policies, processes, and product details. Participate in ongoing training to remain current with product updates, system changes, and company initiatives. Assume other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Not responsible for supervising employees. Basic Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma/GED. 1+ years of related experience required. Experience in customer service, warranty processing, or a related administrative role. Preferred Requirements Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Basic vehicle knowledge or automotive experience is a plus. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. May explain and offer guidance on routine procedures. Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures. Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area. Results are defined, and existing practices are used as guidelines for how to complete work activities; works closely with the supervisor/manager who provides broad guidance and overall direction. Prioritize assigned and routine tasks. Handle appropriately. Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements). Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
