Responsibilities

Audit & Diagnose: Review current lead sources, conversion funnel, CRM (HubSpot), and campaign performance (email, ads, SEO, referrals, etc.). Identify bottlenecks across the acquisition journey: awareness → capture → nurture → close. Assess existing tech stack and readiness for AI integration into lead scoring, segmentation, and outreach.

Strategic Framework: Define the end-to-end Homeowner Acquisition Funnel: channels, content strategy, nurture cadence, and KPIs. Develop a 12-month lead gen plan and budget (paid + organic). Incorporate AI-driven tools into the funnel for predictive targeting, lead qualification, and personalized outreach. Establish key metrics: CPL, CPA, conversion rates, time-to-close.

System & Process Setup: Build/refine HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring — including integration of AI lead generation tools. Ensure lead attribution and data cleanliness for actionable reporting and optimization. Advise on resourcing: internal hires vs. outsourced support.

Execution Oversight: Lead rollout of 2–3 high-priority acquisition channels (e.g., paid search, referrals, partnerships). Manage internal team and/or freelancers to ensure smooth execution. Pilot and operationalize AI-powered tools as part of the acquisition engine. Build repeatable systems that scale beyond the consulting engagement.

Accountability & Handoff: Weekly check-ins; monthly reporting post-launch. Deliver a full handoff playbook: funnel map, campaign architecture, reporting dashboards, SOPs, and internal training materials.

Requirements

8–15 years in growth marketing, business development, or lead generation for service-based or property-focused companies

Proven experience integrating emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools, predictive analytics) into marketing systems and funnels

Deep knowledge of CRM optimization (HubSpot preferred), inbound/outbound marketing, and performance-based acquisition strategies

Hands-on operator with experience in fractional CMO or Head of Growth roles for SMBs or startups

Preferred

Familiarity with high-touch B2C2B models (e.g., real estate, vacation rentals, home services)
