Line Worker
Location: Le Center, MN Compensation: $15.00 per hour
paid weekly Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00am

Looking for an exciting new job in a fast-paced food production environment? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading provider of premium desserts located in Le Center, MN. We are seeking candidates for Line Worker positions on the 1st shift. Compensation for this contract opportunity is $15.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information! What Youll Do as a Line Worker:
Float between Bakery, Icing, and Packaging departments to support production needs Operate manual and automated lines to maintain consistent product flow Perform packaging tasks including loading/unloading racks, boxing, labeling, and palletizing Assist on the icing line with spreading, stacking, decorating, and glazing desserts Support bakery operations by preparing pans, depositing batter, and loading ovens Maintain cleanliness and sanitation between product changeovers following GMP standards Communicate with team members to ensure quality and minimize downtime or waste Follow all safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned What You Need to Bring to the Line Worker Role:
Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail Ability to follow safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) Basic math and communication skills to support production accuracy Flexibility to work in multiple departments and adapt to changing needs Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift (with or without reasonable accommodations) Willingness to wear required PPE and work around allergens (milk, soy, nuts, etc.) Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Why Youll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions
