Dean of Resident Life

The Dean of Residential Life serves on the school leadership team and provides oversight and leadership for the student living experience, ensuring a safe, supportive residential environment. The role manages dorm operations, supervises staff, builds community programs, and upholds policies that promote student well-being and growth. The director also works closely with academic, counseling, and administrative teams to create a cohesive, student-centered residential program. Bachelor’s degree, Preferably in Education, Child Psychology, Youth Ministry, Outdoor Education or Recreation, or other applicable areas Teaching certification or related experience working with children Experience working with students in a residential/boarding school setting or residential camp or group home setting Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Experience in program leadership is an advantage. Experience in and enthusiasm for Christian Youth Ministry is a plus
