About the role iLead Law Group is seeking an Experienced Immigration Attorney with at least two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage a variety of immigration matters, including but not limited to:

Employment-based immigration

(H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.)

Investor and EB-5 immigration cases

Family-based immigration petitions

(I-130, adjustment of status, consular processing, etc.)

Work visas and business immigration matters

Immigration court and removal defense proceedings

This role also involves

reviewing and supervising

the work of junior attorneys, law clerks, and paralegals. The candidate must be

responsible, efficient, and detail-oriented , with strong legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Education:

J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited U.S. law school

Licensure:

Admission to practice law in the State of New York (preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience

Language:

Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese required

The pay range for this role is:

65,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Queens Office)
