Position Overview
Full time RN in the Clark, Champaign, and Logan country region.
Minimal call time (every 8th weekend and occasionally on weeknights).
Flexible scheduling.
Nursing Responsibilities
Implementing a resident care plan.
Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Consulting with and validating data.
Recording pertinent information in the patient record.
Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care.
Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.
Working leader – oversees and implements a resident plan of care.
Requirements of RN
At least 2 years' experience as RN required.
Home health experience preferred, but not required.
