Responsibilities
Implement a resident care plan
Perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Consult with and validate data
Record pertinent information in the patient record
Identify and evaluate the resident's response to health problems and treatments
Communicate resident care needs to others involved in the care
Assume responsibility for professional growth and development
Work as a leader—oversee and implement a resident plan of care
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as RN required
Home Health experience preferred, but not required
