The anticipated rate for this position is $16.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates are eligible for limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible associates may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time is up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. Work schedule is from 6 am to 10 pm.

What You’ll Do
Provide a great experience for our customers.
Receive, inspect, and stock product.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with adherence to the attendance policy.
Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand or move for the entire shift.
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with the IPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program).
