Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Bi‑Lingual Spanish/English Recruiter based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Recruiter will handle end‑to‑end recruitment, including identifying talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. The role involves maintaining robust communication in both Spanish and English with candidates and clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, managing data on recruitment performance, and ensuring all staffing compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
Proficiency in both Spanish and English for effective communication and recruitment
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analytics and reporting
Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and "Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)" processes
Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain compliance with employment eligibility requirements
Previous recruitment or staffing experience and understanding of the hiring lifecycle
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
Pay for this Position is $15-$19 an hour
