Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor / Account Manager (Spanish/English)

We are currently seeking a Bi-Lingual Field Account Manager to help oversee daily services at customer properties across Broward County.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers.
Conduct regular property inspections and provide clear, supportive feedback.
Coordinate with service teams to ensure work is completed to high standards.
Communicate consistently with customers so they feel informed and valued.
Manage sales with existing clients and attract new clients to grow services.
What We’re Looking For
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (required).
Sales experience is very important — especially if you enjoy helping clients find solutions.
Experience in property management or maintenance supervision (preferred).
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to manage your own schedule.
Reliable transportation.
Starting salary: $50K annually plus bonus opportunities.
Paid time off (PTO).

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Experience
Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
