Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)
Comparion Insurance Agency is looking for an Insurance Agent in our Concord, NH office and surrounding locations. This is not a remote position.
Pay Details
Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
Typical first‑year total compensation ranges from $55k to $75k (base + bonuses + uncapped commissions)
Top performers can earn over $100k in their first year
What You’ll Do
Build and leverage a strong local network and in‑person relationships within the community
Connect community members with insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life products)
Develop and close new business opportunities while providing ongoing service to existing clients
Support sales through mentoring, training, and lead generation
Qualifications Preferred Experience:
Previous sales experience, successfully turning prospects into customers
State insurance license or willingness to obtain one in Property & Casualty and Life
Required Skills:
Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
Persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
Experience growing leads and customer base
