WORKING HOURS This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:
Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM and,
Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM
Zoom meetings required during working hours.
100% Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments.
Schedule apartment viewing tours. Communicate with customers primarily via phone calls (80%), as well as through text messages (15%) and emails (5%).
Assist customers in completing rental application forms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management, preferably in real estate, property management, airbnb, hospitality, etc.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
Having experience with working remotely as a plus
