We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant to Property Manager to join our international team. This role supports our Property Manager with internal coordination, communication, and daily operations. You will work closely with multiple teams to make sure things run smoothly — from Tenant Support to Applications and Maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, organization, and making things happen. Not just finishing tasks, but owning them.

WORKING HOURSZoom meetings required during working hours

This is a full-time, 100% remote position:

Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (CDT) and,

Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (CDT)

Total of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week,

Monday to Friday: 10:30AM – 6:00PM (PHT)

Saturday: 10:30AM – 4:00PM (PHT)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Internal Communication & Coordination

Manage internal communications to ensure information is shared clearly and on time

Coordinate with Tenant Support, Applications, Maintenance, and other departments

Monitor workflows, follow up on progress, and ensure timely task completion

Escalate delays, risks, or issues to the Property Manager when necessary

Administration & Operations

Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports

Analyze data and present relevant insights

Assist with paperwork and documentation for lease/renewal contracts

Update and maintain CRM and internal systems

Organize digital records, files, and shared folders

Other Responsibilities

Support scheduling, reminders, and meeting documentation

Handle time-sensitive tasks independently

Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2-5 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Operations, or Administrative role

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), CRM

Tech-savvy and familiar with remote work tools

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Strong English communication (written and verbal)

Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision

Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders

The Talent & Brand Executive drives full-cycle recruitment and builds our employer brand through strategic content and initiatives. This part-time role requires 1+ year of experience and excellent English communication skills.

The Telesales Representative makes inbound/outbound calls to prospective tenants, schedules viewing tours, and assists with rental applications to generate new leads. This night shift role requires English fluency and 1-3 years of sales experience.

The Investor Relations Executive handles investor communication, manages the database, and coordinates capital raising. This part-time role supports marketing strategy and is key to reaching our asset goal.

The FP&A Specialist drives financial forecasting, cash flow management, and investment strategy. This analytical role requires expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in Vietnamese/English to support our billion-dollar asset goal.
