Position Overview As a Keyholder, you will be an integral part of MCM’s retail leadership team. The primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge and building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. The Keyholder acts as the link between the management team and sales associates and assists in performing a wide range of functions—from maintaining a clientele book to merchandising the sales floor and motivating employees to exceed sales objectives.
The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, friendly, and possesses excellent customer‑service skills. Candidates must have at least two years of previous luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
Support the store manager with daily operations management and coordination.
Perform opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and handle deposits as needed.
Supervise sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing while adhering to cash protection procedures.
Promote and sell products to achieve customer satisfaction.
Experience & Key Competencies
Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar role.
Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and to set and uphold high performance standards.
Rapid learning and adaptation in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent, discreet, and effective under pressure.
Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
Ability to influence and negotiate.
