Position Overview As a lead generator, you’ll play a key role in our marketing efforts, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. This role includes a guaranteed hourly rate plus performance bonuses, no selling, and paid training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
Generate leads for our sales staff
Offer homeowners a free, no-obligation service quote
Provide basic lawn care informationRepresent Weed Man in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements
Strong oral and written communication skills
Professional appearance
Good problem-solving and time-management skills
Ability to work well in a team
Comfortable in a results-driven environment
Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
