Job Description Independence Title Company in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a
Licensed Escrow Assistant . Anywhere Integrated Services is a full‑service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company that supports real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in both residential and commercial real‑estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.
Handling A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs as needed, and post‑closing/funding tasks.
Having hands‑on experience with the closing process (if already licensed).
Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co‑workers.
Backing up on closings after becoming licensed, as requested by the Closer or management.
Keeping an Escrow Officer license active and CE credits up to date (after becoming licensed).

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must successfully apply for an Escrow Officer license once onboard with the company.
A minimum of 4 years of escrow experience – both frontend and backend/funding – is required.
Experience with the RamQuest system preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Proficient with technology and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Outlook.
This position works at the office – it is not a work‑from‑home position.
