Independence Title, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a seasoned Escrow Officer to serve the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. Job Description
As the Escrow Officer, you will lead closing transactions, ensuring they are completed promptly, accurately, and error‑free. Responsibilities
Communicate and work closely with internal teams and clients to close transactions efficiently. Process files, prepare CDs/HUDs, and complete all required paperwork. Obtain lender approvals, order updates, and determine clearance to close. Build and service business, adding to the portfolio and maintaining client relationships. Support team members proactively and communicate respectfully. Collaborate with Sales Representatives and participate in marketing efforts to grow the customer base. Key Attributes

High School diploma or equivalent. Must obtain an Escrow Officer License within 90 days of hire (if not already licensed). Minimum five years of direct experience as an Escrow Officer or closer. Sound knowledge of the closing process. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Position is not work‑from‑home. About Independence Title
