Job Responsibilities
Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US
Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs
Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across various modes of transportation
Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels
Qualifications
Minimum of 1+ years of corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, and accommodations for domestic and international travel
Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus)
Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to act with integrity
Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs
Experience working in a team-oriented environment and openness to feedback
