GenCare Lifestyle @ Point Ruston in Tacoma is a Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living community. We are seeking to add an amazing, energetic, and enthusiastic Full Time Maintenance Technician to our team.

Base Medical plan is 99% employer paid

Paid sick leave (1 hour for every 40 hours worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours)
6 paid holidays per year plus a paid day off for your birthday
One week vacation after one year of employment
One additional week beginning in year 2
One additional week starting in the 47th month for a total of 3 weeks
Quarterly raises for hourly employees
401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment
Up to 3 days of bereavement leave
Up to 5 days of jury leave

Responsibilities Responsible for light maintenance, painting, wall patching, some custodial duties, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications Candidate must be able to work well with the elderly. Must have a current driver's license with a clean record. Successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience preferred.
