Business Development Advisor - Full Time
Home Instead, a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors, is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Advisor to join our team. This full‑time position will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, increasing sales, and developing strategic partnerships within our service area.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned territory
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
Conduct community outreach activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored care solutions for clients
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
2-5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or community outreach, preferably in home care, assisted living, or related healthcare sectors
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of the home care industry and local healthcare landscape
Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
